Agreement to Receive Text Messages and Emails
By providing your mobile number and/or email address, you agree that IA Path LLC may send you SMS (text) messages and email communications related to:
- The Pathfinder Intel Line
- Programs including StormSignal™ and ClaimSignal™
- Educational content, product updates, and occasional promotional offers
Message & Email Frequency
You may receive:
- Up to 7 SMS messages per week, depending on storm activity and job-related developments
- Email messages up to daily, including career tips, training content, product updates, and special offers
How to Opt Out or Get Help
- SMS: Text STOP to 910-629-1613 at any time to unsubscribe from text alerts. You may receive a confirmation message.
- Email: Click the “unsubscribe” link included in any email, or email help@iapath.com to manage your preferences.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Participating Carriers
Supported U.S. carriers include, but are not limited to:
AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others.
T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your Responsibility
You agree to keep your contact information accurate and up to date. If your mobile number or email address changes, notify IA Path LLC promptly.
We may collect and use data such as your phone number, carrier, email address, date/time of messages, and engagement behavior to improve our service and provide relevant updates.
Data Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or email address for third-party marketing. Your information is used only to provide IA Path-related content and services. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Service Changes
IA Path LLC reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue SMS or email services at any time, with or without notice.
Charges and Fees
IA Path LLC will never charge you for text or email communications. However, message and data rates may apply based on your wireless provider’s plan. Please contact your carrier for details regarding your mobile plan.
